WOW, that was extremely moving, a beautiful missing scene. My best line was: Although one brother was alive, both had died. That is so fitting, then and now with Dean's return from hell. I could feel the raw pain Dean was suffering, knowing that he was alone, and realising that it was a permanent pain he'd have to live with ... we all know how desperate he became not to feel that pain anymore ... so this was just perfect! that was really good. i got into it. I liked the little flash back. Maybe you should have added some more of these? Not bad for a first try! Kiara

Sarah, this is absolutely beautiful, and I have to say, incredibly emotional, vivid and personal. I liked the single line of memory - very real for when you are truly caught in grief and pain, you just get flashes, nothing bigger than that, then you're right back to the pain again...very real! So this is your first post here and if it's anything to go by, I can't WAIT to see what you come up with next! Great work XXX Louy

Very painful, very poignant- Quite good for your first fic-- Subtle and not melodramatic- Bobby's feelings of helplessness in the face of Dean's intense grief is very well written here. I like it!
