Wow! Amazing! I love how you took one simple idea and wove a background story for it. Cool that Azazel recognizes in Dean the potential for his own death.

Yeah, I thought that this was very good. I really liked the explanation of Mary knowing the demon what a great idea. So yeah I really enjoyed the story and thought it was well written so thanks for posting.

I can not tell you how much I enjoyed that one-shot. Incredibly well written and so sad yet fitting. I gotta say that for everything that Dean has done for his brother, the thought that Sam was marked to save his life seems rather appropriate. And the line about that child being responsible for his eventual demise...perfect! Thank-you for deciding to share this with us, it is by far the best 'how Mary knew yellow-eyes' story by far!!
