I think it's great, and i'd always thought that the eppy doesn't totally explore Dean's feelings...as in we know that he doesn't want to go back there, but when he arrived at the house it was like he doesn't feel anything!! Great story!! :)
Author's Response: Thanks for the review and the stars. The opening sequence in "Home" - where Dean says he swore he'd never go back to Kansas - set it up so I expected Dean to have some issues and turmoil about going home. But they dropped the ball on this as the episode progressed, so I started thinking about its missing scene potential. Sue

Hey Sue. I like it, it's always interested me what was in each of their minds during and after that traumatic event and it looks like you are gonna tell me. I also think its cool to see Dean's memories of John as a different (pre-horrific change) Dad and to understand how his memories are so different to Sam's. It allows us to understand why they have such different relationships with John. bev xx
Author's Response: Thanks, bev, glad you liked this. Dean does have memories of the good, normal life he had before Sam's sixth-month birthday, and they color his view of and his ralationship with John. Sue
