Wonderful!  There's no such thing as too much angst.

I loved Dean waiting for the darkness then passing out.  Kind of funny but sad, too.

Nononononono!  you made me forget to breathe. That was heartwrenching. I mean I knew that Dean wanted Sam to stop "pretending to be his brother" as the conversation progressed in the kitchen but the moment Dean saw the impala and ripped the cover off.....I was so caught up in the emotions that it didn't sink in that Dean thought this was all a trick. PLEASE tell me he did not actually shoot himself! Beautifully devistating......but that would just be too tragic to bare.

I can't believe English is not your first language. Yes, there are some errors (no more than some other writers) but your writing is amazing.

Wow, that really, really, really, means a lot to me. I'm so glad you enjoyed it, and pleased that you got so "caught in the moment" while reading it.  I was afraid the "twist" was to predictable, but now I know I was able to pull it of.

What a neat twist to have Dena afraid of Sam.  And Bobby digging up Dean's grave was perfect.  Now we just have to get Dean better and hear the horrible details of his imprisonment in Hell.

I really like what you've done and am anxious to see more. I see your note about the angst and I honestly think you are touching on it very smartly, it feels like a slow reveal which is how I would have suspected it would be to reach Dean after what he's been through. Nice touch using Bobby as the conduit.

Thanks. I have my reasons for doing it slow, and not tell anything from Deans pov, but it will make sense in the next chapter, that I've posted:)

Hi,

I think you need to be a little more explicit about the angst and hurt that Dean's been through. I didn't really understand what the demons did to Dean when he was explaining it to Bobby, I only caught on when Bobby was telling Sam what Dean had been through.

As a writer, I've learned that the writer always knows more abut the story than what's actually written down, and sometimes you think you've written down more than you really have.

As far as angst goes, I don't think you're going to find anyone who thinks you've written too much, as long as you remember to include the comfort with the hurt. Granted this is hard to do now, with Dean not comfortable in Sam's presence, but I'm hoping for some future comfort.

OMG...I am so stoked that that poor, emaciated, sickly, starved, pathetic soul is really Dean!  I can picture him all dirty and feral looking!  Ahh... the mind wanders.

I am very much looking forward to finding out how he got out and why he's so afraid of Sam and why he didn't recognize Bobby... assuming that really is Dean (Still not sure there's not some twist coming!)
