Dean got shot!!!!!! and i'm assuming there's no rocksalt in Carl's shotgun....is he going to be injured or is he going to be all right?? you wrote that echoes were unable to affect reality, but still??? shotgun!!!!! And where is Sam?? can he see all of them, even though they can't see him???

LOL. you know when the two girls were arguing it reminds me so much of Sam and Dean...and i think it's nice that they are so willing to act instead of being the damsels in distress... :p One question though, when is this set in? i must have missed the timing, cuz the first part of the chapter, it sounds as though Sam and Dean just got back together?

Great chapter! I agree with Sam, how scared of rats is Melanie that a throat slashing ghost is supposed to calm her? Very funny! I think Jennifer Love has some serious competition in Melanie.
