I liked it. It was short. Simple. Well written. And all those emotions - both expressed and suppressed - we love to read were there. It was a bit confusing, like a blurry dream, but you made it work. I like the way it was written because it created an image without being overly descriptive (like I tend to be :*) *blushes and hides*). Very nice. Hugs, Andi :D
Author's Response: Awww...don't hide. Thanks so much for your comments, I appreciated them so much. Laura

Bayre, What a wonderful take on Dean's "Resurrection". You've nailed so many of the nuances of Dean's character - his ability/his need to "lean" on Bobby, telling Sam he sent him "Home" and his never ending need to see and feel Sam. You present an interesting thought with regard to Dean's torture and duration in Hell - time spent while only a week in Hell seemed like decades for Dean. Also compelling is the effects of the torture on Dean while in Hell - something Dean will push to the background and move Sam to the foreground. You've presented an interesting question - although Hell definitely put Dean through torturous pain and loneliness, Hell's angels unwittingly may have given Dean more power and weapons to wage the Winchester War. Dean seems to have a new sixth sense about him, an unspoken knowledge of things surrounding him, of things Hell has given up to him and Dean seems to have a renewed energy to defend "what is his Sam and so much more." I love the fact that Dean's body vanished after death -- makes his return that much more conceivable. Also love his response to Ruby's question of being one of them now. Great. Always enjoy your truly talented work. Carry On, Pook
Author's Response: Thank you so much for your kind, and well thought out comments. Laura

Hmmm.....this is very interesting....i've always wondered how Kripke is going to justify Dean coming back from Hell without a body, and the thought of his body just disappearing does make sense... Damn Ruby...and thank god Sam's okay..
Author's Response: I agree...damn Ruby. Thanks for reading! Laura

I would really like to see this continued, even though oneshots with open endings are my favorite kind.... :) It seems like it would make a very interesting story Cheers yt
Author's Response: It'll be continued, stay tuned...lol The others are more likely to be chapter fics. Thanks for reading and commenting. Laura

Hey you, You already know my thoughts, but I have to say I really enjoyed this. That scene with Sam tracing the scars, I so saw that happening before I even got to that part in my head. The way you write Sam is one of my favorite ways and this whole story was very touching and intriguing. Sounds like there will be several questions surrounding how Dean came back, and I can't wait to see the demon war in this AU fleshed out. Also, loved the humor. The "dry heat" comment made me snicker.*laugh* Love that Dean came back Dean, with scars only he can see and that his memory is safely locked away...he's able to be there for Sam now that what has happened to him appears to be hidden from him. Looking forward to the series ;) -SJ P.S. Your artist is awesome! Please pass along that I love her banner.
Author's Response: Awww...thanks SJ, that's so sweet of you. The whole idea of the demon war has fascinated me ever since it was first brought out, I hope to do it justice. I will certainly pass word along to Maygin about the banner, she did an awesome job! Laura

Awesome story! As much as I feel for Dean and the awful memories of Hell, I just can't help but feel worse for Sam....especially since he blamed himself...This story had a lot of heart and angst. Some of my favorite things. Great job! ~Kayla
Author's Response: I feel the same way Kayla. I'm thinking Dean may not remember as much, but Sam certainly remembers every bit of what he saw. Thanks so much. Laura

Wow, this was a fantastic read Laura! I really wish Kripke would do something like this but I highly doubt it. Anyway I loved having Dean back and how he just knows where Sam is, knows when Ruby comes... Brilliant! I look forward to more in this series.
Author's Response: Thanks Tamara.
