This actually made me smile, especially the pictures you paint of the Gordon's head rolling around and generally being a pain in the ass. Wonderfully funny.

Hi there

We must have a similar sense of humour, don't know what that says about you though!  lol

I'm glad you liked this and it made you smile, one of my early ones but I'm still quite proud of it!

Cheers Mary xx

I could really see Dean doing that..he wouldn't just let Gordon lay there..Dean does have a big soft heart underneath the tough exterior. I loved it..Thanks for writing.

P.S. I went back tonight and read your replies to my comments..Its been a really slow night at work..So glad I have internet access so I can read these stories...

Author's Response:

Hi there

The end of this episode really annoyed me, I mean they just left Gordon there, so I transferred all those feelings onto Dean, but I really think that he would have went back. Dean cares, he pretends not to but I always think it shows in little things that he does.

Glad I could speed up your night, I tend to leave any reviews that come on days I'm working and use them to cheer me up, so glad it works both ways.

Thanks again as always, mary x

An unexpected missing scene, but it worked for me. I'm not sure what's supposed to be the small injection of humor, maybe all the trouble Dean had with Gordon's head? Or the idea that Dean had a problem with the head because he'd known Gordon? That didn't strike me as funny, just kind of weirdly sad.

Author's Response:

Hi Sue

Thanks for reviewing. This was a one of the first thing I wrote and it was the head thing that struck me as funny at the time but I do have a kinda weird and somewhat twisted sense of humour (it's probably a Scottish thing!). I know what you mean though about the weird sad.

Glad you think it worked over all, Gordon was a great character and it annoyed me a bit that they just left him there, so I wrote this.  Mary x

I really liked your insight on how dean still thought gordon should be layed to rest nice job

Author's Response:

Thank you

Dean always finishes the job and he didn't on this one, didn't feel right so I wrote this.

Thanks for taking the time to review.

This was excellent!  I loved that Dean forgave and showed Gordon respect even though he probably didn't deserve it at the end.  I think it shows that Dean understands that even thought Gordon chose to hurt the Winchesters, he wasn't always like that.  Beautiful!

Author's Response:

I think Dean has a very real need to always do what he thinks is the right thing and I tried to capture that a bit here.

Thanks for reviewing

Nice to think Dean would do that . have to say I wondered if they went back to finish the job when I watched the episode . Loved the idea of Gordons head rolling around , but Im a bit sick really ! very funny , but also a bit of compassion there . thought you wrote it really well , good stuff .

Author's Response:

Thank you kindly, I'm a bit sick too!

Was going to write this as a straight piece but the head rolling was just screaming at me to make a joke of it. Glad you enjoyed it.
