Awwwww. I love this one, it was heartbreaking. You know what, I really agree with you too, on the show, Sam always gets the praise on being the brains of the outfit, and dont get me wrong, he is super smart, but so is Dean. He's came up with a couple of plans that apparently didnt even cross Sams mind, and I was always really impressed, cuz they were very clever. :) And that's kind of vice versa too, Dean always gets praise for being the brawns of the outfit, but Sammy is also very sexy, so they are both equal. :D

Hey, wow...this fic made me cry--but not in the oh my gosh it's horrible way. It's so poignant. Your words plucked sharply on some heartstrings there...That was just wow... I'm still tearing up. You sketch John and Dean's characters so brilliantly. You show that vulnerable side of Dean we so rarely see in the shows--and you don't muddle it in impenetrable angst. Great job.
I'd give you an 11/10. You're such an amazing author. I wish I could write better, like you!! ^_^ Guh...this fic really makes me think about what could have been, and maybe what should have been.

OMG......i know Dean would have manage to get into college is he tried!!! he's not stupid, no matter what anyone says....and i like you ending....i think you should write a story that involves Dean and Sam finding out about that letter..... :)

you know, i 'love' your stories!!! most writter writes about romance and battles or dean's deal,.. but you, you writes about the family moments!!
