Would you believe that i keep on saying that as well after i watch that eppy??? i was a bit like Sam, the only difference being that i was stunned into being a mute after the eppy ended and was staring at the comp for a good ten minutes before i can actually muster out a word or two (more specifically: Dean died???)... and i keep repeating that all weekend long... Dean's name as a prayer...hmm.... never thought of it that way.... :)

Sometimes the less said the better. This ficlet does that beautifully. Sam repeating "Dean" is heart breaking - the only thing he was capable of saying, yet the one word which said everything. Your awesome words "Sam whispered his brother’s name as his world shattered into a million pieces like a sheet of glass" is exactly what we watched, you described Sam perfectly. You did a fantastic job of putting words around what is swirling in all of our heads.

Author's Response: YES! I cried buckets. I got sniffly right at the beginning with that song "Carry on my wayward son" (I've long thought that one is perfect for Dean.) Then there were tears of laughter for the Bon Jovi part. Then of course, buckets again at the end. sigh. thanks for reviewing.

That was really good, it made me want to cry all over again. I dont actually have tv, so i went online and watched some of the clips. the part where they sing together is adorable, and the end is so sad, even tho we all knew it was gonna happen. wee, I could talk about supernatural forever, but i'm gonna stop.
