We'll be thinking of you and your family during this difficult time. Don't worry about us readers. We'll be happy to wait and read the story whenever you have time to post.
Author's Response: Thank you for that. I needed a bit of time away from the boards, as I just couldn't concentrate. I went through a period where everything was just too much effort. But I'm back, and we're rolling with the story again.

okay, so, pain, both alone, pain, night and cold, pain, going the wrong way, pain, some vomit, pain, a bird, pain, a worried Bobby, and oh, pain.
Supporting vibes going your way in that tough period. Take the time you'll need, we'll be here when you'll be back.
Author's Response: Thank you my friend. If I lived closer, you know I'd be calling in for a special cup of coffee made by you. Perhaps you can send me a cyber one. And yes, pain - lots of pain - literally bucketloads of pain, actually. Glad you're enjoying it. *hugs*

brilliant - as always . Sorry to hear about your Grandfather - Your stories have given me a place of my own to escape to when I desperately needed it and I just wanted to say I'm sending you hugs from Liverpool . Take care
Author's Response: Thank you for that. Your words have truly touched me. I'm glad that I can provide that escape for you, and I hope I never let you down with my storytelling. Oh, by the way, all hugs graciously received - and sending one back from Brisbane, Australia.

Unbelievable description and imagery that just puts the movie of your story straight into our heads. Love your style of writing!
Both boys in such pain and now both unconscious! OMG!! Your vivid description had me cringing and sucking in my breath. And both boys frantic in their worry for each other of course, beautifully done. Loved your line "It never ceased to amaze the elder hunter at how those boys could be at each other's throats one moment, and inseparable the next if one of them got hurt" Awesome work!
Thank goodness for Bobby's perserverance and clever thinking. I'm glad you allowed Bobby to find the crash site so quicky rather than have him drive up the down the different routes, it would have killed us!!
Thanks for this fantastic chapter.
I wish you and your family all the very best at this difficult time. My love and thoughts are with you.
X Petra X
Thank you, Petra. Your support means a lot.
Yes, both boys in a world of hurt on this one. And both a wee bit lost, and trying desperately to find the other. Hopefully Bobby can find both before too long, eh?

**Hugs** to you, warm thoughts and prayers too as you go through this rough time.
Author's Response: Thank you Vanessa, both for your prayers and the review. Well, if you love hurt boys - hang around, there's plenty of that coming up.

Can't wait for your next update! Awesome job!
Author's Response: Thank you, Gen. It's wonderful to have you along for the ride. Hope I can keep delivering for you. And yes, I do love my cliffies - I don't smoke, and I'm not much of a drinker, so cliffhangers are my vice - lol.

Crap....!!! What a cliffhanger! Sam gone??? Where is he??? Please don't leave us (and Dean!) hanging in there too long...
LOL - yep, Sam's MIA. He's got to be around somewhere, right? Nothing would have snatched him out of the dark, right? Right....
Promise I won't leave you hanging too long to find out what happened to Sammy. And Dean - well, he's about to struggle out of that seatbelt so he won't be literally hanging for much longer....

O_o Yeah. I think you misplaced someone. I'm surfing for stories, hoping to find some happy cheery ones for Sammy's birthday (which also happens to be my birthday) and I find this instead.
I'm one sick, twisted individual, I know, but I LOVE limp!Sammy stories. Great work so far - keep it up!
I did, didn't I? Big whoops there. Lost Sammy, I did. Well, he can't have gone far...can he...??
And happy birthday! How awesome that you share a birthday with our favourite psychic. And aww, you're not sick and twisted. Well, if you are, then what does that make me? LOL. Thank you for reading. Hope that I can keep delivering lots of yummy Limp!Sam for you.

Where to start- AWESOME WRITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a feeling that Dean didn't appreciate Sam telling Ellen about his visions-I always felt there was more there .
Dean's really pissed- but he's now also out of control. Not good at all.
The anger, suspense , tension, hurt, angst, and mental and physical pain is leaping off the page.OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!!!
That ass of a doctor telling Dean he abuses Sam????????
ALl things Winchester are on full throttle here-EXCELLENT story!!!
Sam gone.....this doesn't bode well. OH no,backto that same hospital-....????....what will Bobby think???
Dean will be blaminghimself for everything......
This is one hell of a starting chapter!!!!!!!!
No, Dean really didn't want Ellen knowing about Sam's freaky visions. After all, he'd only met the woman weeks earlier. And yep, that doc is an ass, but he just might get his come-uppance....you never know what my evil brain has planned.
Thank you so much. You know, I'm always a little speechless after your reviews. But I'm glad that I can hook you in so fully - means I'm doing my job as a storyteller. Hope you like the next bit - angst galore!

Thank you for that. I will try not to make you wait too long. I usually update once a week, unless there is something drastically wrong. But I will never leave a story unfinished, or too long without an update. Trust me...*wink, wink*...
Thank you for reading. And for the review - I love reviews.

gone huh... Gone?! Crap, gone? Like, gone? Or, gone... Gone where? Gone how... Gone alone? Just gone... Okay, gone.
Yes, hon - he's gone. Just. Like. That. He's amscrayed - flown the coup - done a bunk - skedaddled - shot through - or has he? Well, he's definitely gone from the truck (or what's left of it) that's for sure. But the nature of his going - well, that's soon to be revealed.

OMG! The mother of all cliffies!! I knew you were heading for something big, I could positively feel it as your anticipation built with Dean's anger. You gave us bigbro!dean when Sam was first injured and Dean forgot his anger in his fear, but that damn doctor spiked him up to ten on the Ritcher Scale again and now look what's happened?!?!? Yeah, I blame that doctor!!
Loved Bobby all intuitive and straight talking, but with that caring, gruff factor the boys seem to bring out in him. You write Bobby exceptionally well.
Outstanding intro, straight into the action as you give us a glimpse of what's going on inside the boy's heads. Another well written, exciting Mizpah story, your attention to detail is just the best - it's these little details as well as the big bang in your stories that has us enthralled each and every time!!Great work, I can't wait for the rest!!!
Lol - well, I blame the doctor too. But it was a combination of things, really, and the doctor just ignited it. Aww, thank you - I do love Bobby as a character - good to know that I'm getting him right.
Thank you so much for that. I hope that I can keep delivering the big bangs. Rest assured, the tension will keep mounting.

Superb start and I'm adding this story to my fav. list already...I like where you've placed it in relation to the season, always thought there was a lot going on at that time and I'm looking forward to seeing where you're gonna take us all.
Roll on next update...X Louy
Thank you, Louy - I hope I don't disappoint.
I always thought there was a lot behind Dean's glare too, at that point. And even though I love Ellen, I thought she was wrong when she chipped him. I have actually avoided this part of season 2 - for no reason that I can fathom. On looking back, it seems I avoided anything to do with Sam's broken arm - but this story remedies that situation. Thanks for reading.
