Some really great one-sided dialogue in this!
"I’m sorry as hell but as for making the deal, I’ll never be sorry for bringing you back. You’re the best part of me Sam.”
"You should see it Sam. There’s so much black on my lily white ass that you could play checkers on it.”
I really loved this one shot!

I LOVED this! It was completely wonderful. There's something so powerful and moving when Dean bangs his head into a wall like that. And I adored Dean's time-passing monologue.

Amazing! I love your little something! The bit where the nice nurse actually calls the mean nurse Broom-Hilda was great. Everyone who's ever met her calls her that---beautiful!
