Wonderful. My heart was in my mouth as the eldest Winchester's searched. Dean's panic and John's bone deep fear was chilling.
John leaning on the doorjam listening to Sam sobbing and Dean soothing,as the father and warrior/hunter within struggled was heartwrenching. He knows he is further cementing the bond between his boys that will safeguard them and ensure their survival. You showed us a rare and brief look at John when the scared and relieved parent is surfaced.Yes, as you always say, John is a hard bastard who loves his sons.
I love the way your Brotherhood AU moves in and out of time. Your oneshots are as exciting and as well written as your chapter fics and I love them all. Fantastic work.
