Reviewed this over on fanfic already, but figured I'd review it here too. Still love it completely. Wee Sammy's concentration as he tries to come up with a name is wonderfully sweet. As is Dean's reaction. Oh, and let me also mention that I loved the little part about Dean having to take a step back to avoid a noseful of fish water when Sammy shoves the fish bowl at his face. Very cute!
