The comic was funny. The story that followed was hilarious! I love that they treat the tennis balls so seriously, as if it were a deadly weapon.

Okay, never ever thought up a supernatural story that involved tennis balls. And no, had to look again to notice the balls in the banner. Waited to see if they were soaked in silver nitrate or something...but cute story. So, why didn't they just pick them back up to re-use??? I'm just sayin', with everybody being into recycling nowadays!
Author's Response: Me neither until Bev's comic! Love the idea of soaking in silver nitrate, clever thinking - but hey, that wasn't in the comic! I'll have to get onto the boys about being more environmentally friendly! Maybe "used" tennis balls don't work?! Thanks for reading and dropping me a review. Glad you thought it was cute. And those tennis balls in Lou's banner have caught everyone by surprise!

God I love this weird and wonderful ficlet...and I did wonder if you'd be able to match the raw intensity of description that came so easilly when you described John in hell, but I should have known better...lol Beautiful Petra, and I'm so happy the banner fooled so many...hehehe
Author's Response: Thank you Lou. I love it that you love it!! I wondered if I could ever do it too, felt like there was nothing left. But hey, Bev's cartoon was an opening I couldn't resist. ...and I share those stars with you cos that sure is a five star banner - the Trickster couldn't have pulled it off better!

Petra. Hey, I said it first time and I'll say it again. Weird and edgy and hysterically freaking funny! Oh and " "Sam.” The emerald eyes do not move from their target as this one word conveys the question they both automatically understand." What a hot image! The thought of the early morning training sessions makes me cry with laughter, no wonder Sammy always wanted a puppy! Hahahahahahaahhaa Bev xx
Author's Response: So happy I tickled your funny bone at the same time I mesmorised you with those orbs! "no wonder Sam always wanted a puppy!" Now it's my turn to laugh!! Thanks for your fun reveiw. And if we both end up with hiccups, just remember, you started it by sending the comic!!

Ha, ha. That was fun and unexpectedly different. Still trying to figure out why the coarse green material is fatal to werewolves, tho - is it slime? Or--? Sue PS Yes, I totally missed the tennis balls in the banner, too.
Author's Response: "Fun and unexpectedly different" - What a lovely comment! Thanks for saying. No, no slime, that comic just triggered a silly thought about using tennis balls as killer ammo - just alllergic I guess!! And hee, hee, glad you went back for another look at the banner and saw the tennis balls! Clever Lou!

hahahaha -- Crack fic is right! How cute and funny was this? I can sooo picture the boys lobbing tennis ball after tennis ball at the ferocious beastie. And you're right, Louy was very sneaky because I absolutely missed the tennis balls in the banner. lol
Author's Response: Thanks Ness, glad i made you giggle. Loving your term 'ferocious beastie' My turn to giggle!! And how good is that banner! Those tennis balls are subtle enough to miss at first glance but oh so obvious when you go back!
