Great story, wonderfully Dean-esque language and well executed.

Author's Response: Thanks!

I hope they don't make this version of the ending on the TV show - cuz I'll ball like a baby! Made my heart hurt over Dean's sacrifice for nothing. Awesome job, awesome banner, too.

Author's Response:

Oh, me either! I mean at least Dean would be alive and not in Hell's Easy Bake Oven getting ready to pop out a demon, but yeah, my evil twist was cruel. No more popcorn and speculation before bedtime for me. Thanks for the review! And I love that banner too. My friend Kira is so talented!

Take care!

Author's Response:

Thank you. It was very sad to write, but I'm glad you found it powerful. Take care, GotTheShining.

I couldn't help myself. I'm weak. I echo everything I said over on ff.net, and I wanted to compliment you on that beautiful banner. I just love how multifaceted your talent is.

Bravo, lady.

Author's Response:

You have no idea how much I appreciate it though. Hearing your thoughts always is a treat, so thank you for the multi-site reviews. Take care! In the Light is next on my reading list, so I'll be seeing you there soon. :)

You did such a great job on this one-shot. The emotion was just pouring off it. *sniff* I am hoping that the finale is not going to end up leading to something like this or...*shivers* worse...

You are so amazing, what I wouldn't give to be able to write like you do. *hugs* Hehe I see people want you to continue on with it. I don't blame them you made a wonderful one-shot.

*hugs*

Author's Response: *hugs* Thank you, sweets! Oh and thank you again for the banner. Love, love, love it!

This was a dream...wow! Definitely a very interesting take on how things go down when Hell comes for Dean. It was sad in a way I don't really have the words to describe. I have to say that I actually huffed out a laugh when the Trickster told them they had to stop sacrificing for each other...I don't know if that will ever happen. I agree that he was probably trying to urge them to find another way, but that kind of ingrained behaviour takes a lot to be undone...hence my skepticism.

I also want to tell you how excited I was to see this posted. It was absolutely fantastic...if you ever have an more vivid, Supernatural inspired dreams please share!

Author's Response:

Oh, I hear you on that Trickster statement. During that episode I was shaking my head saying 'are you serious?' Like either one of them will ever stop sacrificing for the other. It was the whole reason in this fic Dean ends up at the CR and in over his head. It's their nature.

And writing this was sad for me. So, I hear you there too. The boys break my heart, but this dream wouldn't leave me alone.

I'm so happy to see you liked this, despite how sad. Always a joy to see your thoughts. And I will. Next dream that contains something salvageable and theWinchesters, I will share. ;)

Take care!

OMG this was amazing men I'm breathless! One of the best stories I have ever read.. I know this is just a one shot but if you can please countinue this and make it in to a story ... Amazing work Loved it !!!

Author's Response:

Thank you! You made me turn red...*laugh* Continuing this wasn't the original plan, but I know that this summer, with season three ending on what Kripke hints to be one hell of a cliffie, I'm gonna need to write to keep sane. Stay tuned. I might turn this into something more.

Take care!

Eeep!

That was scary, and beautiful, and freaky and great and oh BOY I hope there might be some kind of a sequel...? Pretty please?

Author's Response:

Hey, you!

It is so cool to see that I freaked you out yet you think it was beautiful. That's so flippin' sweet to hear. Thank you for taking the time to comment. As for a sequel...*laugh* As I told bulletbabe, if I can find the time I probably will. Just because I know the cliffie for season three is going to make for a LONG summer.

Take care, cal!

Exceptionally beautiful, and a very worthy end to the whole deal, although it's not actually an end at all but a new beginning. You could so easily use this as a starting point for a much longer story..but even as a oneshot it was mind blowingly beautiful. Your descriptions are second to none, just sweeping me away and into the story and the mixture of darkness and emotion was perfectly balanced.

Absolutely loved this. Bravo!

Author's Response:

Thank you, bulletbabe!

I'm so glad this piece worked for you. I wasn't sure if I should post it our bury it away in my files, but seeing the response has made me glad I didn't.

You're right. This could be a much longer story. I liked to tease with the questions left unanswered, but I would consider going into a full blown AU story if I can find time after the VS.

Loved hearing your thoughts! Take care!
