Oh, there are just so many delightful images here, this has had me smiling all over the place. Sam is just so p***ed off and Dean is covering his fear and worry with a beautiful mixture of trademark humour and gentle support. You've also shown the part of Dean that truly misses the baby boy that was his brother. Loved the "Superdad by day. Batman by night." line, Dean always is one to make the best of an opportunity!! I found the images of four year old Sam, sitting on the floor surrounded by ancient, arcane tomes, with his beer bottle, swearing like a trooper, to be totally outstanding, they left me grinning like a fool. loving this story... just found it but the thought of Sammy... at 4.... just too cute... but funniest is Dean finding a 4yr old Sammy drinking beer...

Ahhh, I'm still loving this. It's cute but very, very poignant at the same time. I actually found myself getting choked up a time or two in between chuckling at other things.

This is a great start. Little Sammy is so cute. But what's even funnier is he still has the adult personality. This makes the story unique from others I've read and I like it very much. When you described how his typically normal clothes were weighed so much and were dragging him down--that was great! As I kept reading, I suddenly kept thinking--what would the boys do if they were BOTH temporarily turned into kids (but kept their adult personalities). hehehe Of course, we have the dramatic opening scene which lets us know this isn't gonna be all sweetness and light. Anyway, nice opening chapter. Looking forward to more.

Scary opening paras, I don't like the sound of Dean in the back of the Impala with Sam lying/dying in his arms. I love the idea of 'little Sammy' and Dean getting all nostalgic, and 'instinctively wrapping his arms and legs around Dean' was very sweet. So what on earth has happened between the leshii and the back of the Impala a week later?? Please update soon, I'm hooked already. Thanks. Jane
