Great chapter! I'm glad you explained what exactly was ailing Dean. I also am very curious about the old couple. You made them seem very mysterious at the end.

I'm curious about so many things. Why grandma motel owner doesn't like what's happening. What does she know? I can't wait to find out about the reason Dean and Sam didn't talk for two years. Sounds painful. Loved the update. Can't wait for more!

No the only thing I hate is the huge time delay between chapters (g)! This is turning into quite an exciting story and as always I love the Dean whumpage and Sam worryage/angst. Looking forward to the next chapters.....

wow, she's practically diabolical... I love it. Poor Dean, it's hard having psychopaths trying to kill you and then falling in love with you because - honestly - akwaaaaaarrrd... Loving the continuation of your first story keep it up!

I like your first chapter, poor Dean! I'm a little confused as to exactly whats wrong with him though? I hate and love jay, she's a good villian, I'm glad to see her make a come back!
Author's Response: The interesting thing about arsenic is that it is never really totally purged from your system once it's on, at least that's what I hear anyway. Every now and then it just wrecks havoc in the body...or maybe there is a little more to it than that...who knows. I love that you hate Jay and I hope you hate her even more when this one's through!

So she's Penny, someone that Sam knew from Stanford, very smart move. Sam noticed anything wrong with her, he's so worried about Dean for so long now that he's only happy seeing how Penny helped Dean. What's going to happen next, can't wait to know.

It's a great update, Helen. I can't say much else except that I utterly detest Jay/Penny. I hate her so much that I almost . . . almost . . . can't bring myself to read the chapters. I know she can manipulate their minds and such, but I'm actually sad that she's getting the best of them again.

Ok, let me apologize forst, because i'm sure you won't have another reader as confused as me. and i'm totally confused as to whether Penny will attack Sam, although you did say that she can't, since it's Meg who will..and the whole 'i'm going to take care of Dean until he gets better' ideology, it just feels like a lost cause to me, cuz for whatever reason, she has Sam to contend with. and how did she get to Penny? did she picked it up from Sam's mind from that time they were together? And i know Dean is sick, but when he gets better won't he be suspicious of Penny? after all, 'Jess' just turns up out of the blue previously, and now 'Penny'?? LOL sorry for the numerous questions....i'm an impatient type of person...but i'll still be waiting for the development of the story... if you are going to explain in the future chapters then ignore my questions....i'll find them out soon enough!! :)
Author's Response: Please, don't apologize, I fully intend on answering each and every one of those questions eventually. There is a whole backstory about Penny, Sam, and even Dean that will pretty much explain quite a bit, and will make it obvious why Sam trusts her so much. It is also very true that poor Dean is so sick that he doesn't know which way is up most of the time and that is a partial key to everything too. It may be confusing now, but as everything unravels, everything will be explained, but please keep asking questions, because I need to know exactly what I forget to explain at times. Ask away, that's all I can say!!

Literally the hitcher from Hell?? i hope Sam woun't be hurt that much in this story, since he needs to take care of Dean, and Dean can't take care of him right now...and no no no, Dean and Sam are not going to fall for this one as easily as the first time right?? right??
Author's Response: She can't touch Sam, Meg won't let him. That doesn't mean she can't mess with his mind though, does it. Poor Dean is in bad shape already, but I'm guessing that's not going to last forever...or not, we'll see. As for falling for this one, well...she can manipulate their minds somewhat.
