Author's Response: Thanks! It is somewhat open ended but I'd say it is angels or TPTB. Someone on the side of good that wants the boys to win, but can't interfere. Very nice, freaky and strange but at the same time compelling. I found myself trying to figure out who these two characters were and what were they up to...good work bj
Author's Response: Thanks again! This one was on my mind as I woke this morning. That episode simply left me with too many questions and not enough answers. I like having open-ended thoughts were you can fill in your own theories. Personally, I believe angels are watching over the Winchesters, but Dean never sees them because it is against the rules. However, with as many times as he's cheated death... sometimes I do think they bend the rules for our boys. Take care, B.J.

Author's Response: Thanks, Bev, I'm not entirely sure, that's what I like about writing these open-ended musings, you can fill in the blanks. Maybe angels? Kripke keeps saying that his universe has demons and evil, but there has to be balance so why not angels and good? Maybe Dean's never seen them 'cause it is against the rules. And unfortunately the good guys always play by the rules. I still think there is a higher power watching over our boys.. like Rev. LeGrange said, Dean has a purpose... and how else can we explain how many times he's cheated death? Thanks again, B.J.
