Well, I've dragged myself away from BGR long enough to review.  His hands are good for more than just healing ... he can do a mean cross stitch too!

Liked this chappy very much and not just cos we said 'ta ta' to ol' Gobshite, the Prince of Arseholes himself.  You are gonna have to really work to make me like Uri, you know.  I feel very much like kicking him in his bad leg every time he upsets Dean.  And not even a millennia's shagging experience is going to win me around!

i really like the bond between Dean and Raphe and the way you had him have tears in his eyes when Raphe hugged him goodbye.

i also liked the goodbye between Dean and Raguel.  i like how you have the angels liking Dean; well except Uri but he is just jealous because he can't go.  but i am expecting him and Dean to form some sort of a relationship.

Hey sweety, nice to hear from ya and your review has so made me smile!  So you think my shy, sensitive, reserved Uriel is a shit do ya?  Hahahahaha! He is behaving quite badly isn't he? He's wonderful to write as are all my beloved angels.

And yup, Dean can be a bit of a jackass but it makes him all the more adorable huh? His relationship with the angels is going to be explored ovr the next chapters and there will be a Dean/Uri relationship developing, with associated fireworks!

The chapter was worth the wait!

Oh, poor Dean having to witness Uriel snogging Jo! "acting like a brat" so damn right!

So Uriel has got the hots for Jo, I wonder what it would be like to kiss and... Ehem, well, you know me, PREVY. Gotta behave, this is UnGen.

And what about the healing gift. Raphe seems truely worried because of the unusual effect it's got on Dean, doesn't he? Maybe it's related to Dean's reluctance to show his feelings? Or maybe Mikey's somehow connected to this? Hm, well I have to wait till the next update at least, huh?

Some quotes of bits I really liked:  

"emerging angel/hunter pissing contest" Cant't wait to hear more about that one...

“And you gonna want some help to pick your ass up off the floor when I knock it down there, Sammy?” I like me a snarky, pissy Hurt!Dean. Can I have one for myself? I know you warned us that there're going to be fireworks when the Winchesters and Uri stay together, but i was honestly covering my eyes and peeking between my fingers when i was reading that part! i know, i know, very childish of me, but i can't help it! it's like whenever i read about Sam and Dean fighting, or Sam and John fighting, or Dean and John fighting, i got this urge to not look directly and instead read it from between my fingers.... i admit it, i'm a coward. *hangs head*

Anyway, i think it's a good idea to get Jo out of the picture. i'm neutral towards Jo, although from the series she's much more, er, rough, than what you made her out to be in your story...i think Dean will need to recurperate and Jo is like a bone that Dean and Uri are fighting over.

The scene outside the room is so reminiscent of the scene when Sam and John are arguing outside the car (i can't remember what eppy is that!) and Dean is trying to play peacemaker. you are trying to draw parallels and you are succeeding!!!

Gee Hunny, you write a real nice review, such a lot of thought goes into your words and I thank you so much for that.

Oh heck I'm sorry that I'm making you peep through your fingers, so I'm giving you a heads up that there may well be a bit more of the 'fireworks' between the boys, especially Dean and Uriel. Hopefully though it'll be in a sorta fun way nothing too nasty or anything!

And yup, time to extracate Jo for a while as you have nailed it in that she has become a prize for then to fight over! I may well have a bit of a different take on her than she was exactly in the epi's but I kinda wanted to play a bit. Not so much with her but her effect on Dean, but like you say time for he to go away for a bit now!

I was so pleased with your last observation as I am going for parallels and sometimes contrasts with the relationships of the boys and angels. I think its fun to have the boys see themselves in the angels and vice versa and learn by doing that.

And yeah, I'm good again now, Dean came and hugged me better! Boy do I wish...
