Hey, this really was a long wait but sure it was worth it! So frightening and I absolutely want to know what they did to Dean and again, Deacon is a wonderful character.

This is good, but my heart is in my mouth - why hasn't Dean said anything? My over active imagination is jumping to all sorts of nasty conclusions. Please calm my imagination soon with another chapter. Oh at the end of the previous chapter you asked for constructive criticism and there is one thing I noticed. Towards the end of chapter you leave Dean in the bedroom and Deacon finds Sam in the kitchen. But then right at the end Sam glances over at Dean as though he can see him when he hasn't moved from the kitchen. It didn't really matter as far as the storyline was concerned but it jarred me out of the story for a moment which was a shame. So my constructive criticism is take care with continuity and locations. That said, when's the next chapter going to be up for reading?
Author's Response: Thank you! And thanks for the concrit, someone else also pointed that out to me on another site that I post to. I obviously forgot to change that here, my bad. Sorry! Well done for spotting it though! It was leftover from a previous version of that scene I had written. As for the next chapter...I'm hoping sometime this week but that depends on a few things and I'm still not happy with part of the chapter. So it could even be early next week.

Wonderful update! Poor Dean. I can only imagine what his kidnappers did to him. And obviously it was well thought out and not a crime of opportunity since they used tranquilizer darts. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Hay, just read the two chapters, which I really enjoyed. Looking foreward to more of this story. Could'nt write a word myself just not gifted in that way. I do love reading others stories though. This is a good idea and just wanted to say how much I liked it.

I love the way you're teasing us with what has happened over the last week, sounds like it might be a while till Dean's ready to fill in the details. I do enjoy reading hurt Dean and protective Sam so this story is really hitting the mark. Dean's hand reaching out from under the blanket to hold Sams' wrist was a very touching moment, a sure sign that Dean's been through a lot!! It's nice to get a bit of background on Deacon, a very likeable, dependable character. Very much looking forward to the next chapter, so hopefully lots of shiny stars will help with the motivation!!...lol. Great Story. Thanks. Jane

Fantastic start. Love Sam all protective and stubborn. You've got the beginnings of an exciting storyline and it's well written - no surprises considering the standard of your drabbles, you have a style that grabs and holds my attention. And I like your version of Deacon very much. Top job!!
