Aw, even in his helpless state Dean desperately tries to warn and protect Sam. Sam - his sole reason for living. The one he would even sacrifice his life for.... Another very well written update!

Oh Lord, it looks like they're in for a rough ride here!!  Totally scary start, it's not surprising Dean's on the verge of panic and poor Sam, how on earth is he going to find Dean in the state he's in.  Not to mention that beautiful car, containing everything they might need, getting wrecked and missing.  I'm hooked!!

OMG, what a thrillride! And you write these chapters so well! It almost broke my heart reading about the dilemma Dean was in and knowing there was only one decision he would make. I swallowed hard when he considered finding someone to help him commit suicide once he knew Sam was safe. Dean is on the way to get help now, but will he heal again? Amazing update!

OMG! What an evil cliffhanger... "the game begins"... Well, now we know why Dean was put through this horrible experience and Sam is part of that "game" as well. You once again write this chapter very well, the angst, the brother love, the sheer horror of the decicion Dean will have to face... it's all there and I can feel the hair on my neck standing. Very intense! I so hope for some miracle here... like NOW!

I'm glad when you replied that this is not a deathfic....i can withstand ALMOST anything if it means that the boys are sort of okay in the end....i don't really mean like 100% okay, but just being alive and together again is enough of a happy ending to me...

And your little hints about how the boys actually knew the sadistic people is very intriguing...hope you can reveal more in the next chapter...

Can i ask if this is a deathfic?? From all the injuries sustained by Dean and possibly might even be Sam in the future, i don't know how they can survive all this!!!....although i hope that this is not a deathfic, cuz as much as i can't really bear to read the torture inflicted on the boys, i wouldn't and couldn't bear to see them dead!!

Author's Response: No, I promise, not a death fic.  1 - I don't write them, and 2 - I would have warned you ahead of time if it was.  None of the 'injuries' Dean has suffered are life threatening when handled correctly.  I have wanted to explore this severity of an injury for a while now, but needed a way to do it that was 'believable' (of course, only in the Supernatural realm, right).  The injuries that I describe are similar to those of a c-2/3/4 quadriplegic and, while definitely serious, do not necessesarily mean a death sentence.  No worries...a "happy" ending is in sight.

OMG!!! This chapter had me gasping for air. Which screwed up person would do something so awful to Dean? I could feel his pure horror and desparation - very well written! The tension is rising and I have a bad feeling about Lori Ann. Looking forward to more and hoping the best for Dean and Sam!
