That is creepy as hell. I don't understand that the reserch he did could be that powerful and why that flick something to bobbys head to go over where the boys are and help out. Its a TRIPPY ASS STORY, but I like it.

Not to sound morbid, but at least he is able to by his side. Unlike myself I never had the chance to G*** B**. A word that I'm afraid of that it terrifies me to this day. I awaken with sever shacking, headaces, and cold sweat. I do thank you for this story.

I'm sorry, but why in the hell has he not called Bobby. Why hasn't Sam kicked the ass of those new bees that don't know how to take blood. There is something definetly wrong with this dr. commitee and hospital if they don't resolve the problem . . . . I as a reader will mentaly beat the hell out of them then fire at them with rock salt and send them to hell. HA,HA,HA ..... I do like this stor, but I don't like it when they keep pllaying pin cushin on Dean. Maybe he was using his top brian instead of bottom!!!

I can so see my self in his position for it has happened to me. Of course, in a differnt way. I myself would not like to be alone that is my one fear. Don't tell anyone. The way of the imagery in words you've establish makes the reader feel apart of the story. Thanks!!

Well, no heart attack, has got to be good, more tests - not so good. Why don't they ever tell you anything in hospitals?? This is so nerve-wracking, poor Dean is absolutely terrified, he doesn't like anything being out of his control, and Sam is hanging on to his outward calm for dear life. Neither one, is fooling the other. The rookie needle wielder brought back a few painful memories. Dean as an abused pincushion almost driving Sam to murderous hunter was a lovely touch....lol! Author's Response: Thank you so much! I hate the fact they never tell you what's going on. I was very frustrated and ready to scream...And never a word from the staff. The needle guy was based on personal experience and Dennis (the Sam in that case) came very near to knocking the guy out of the room on the second go. Ouch and feet really hurt!

Wow, the sense of total panic from both the boys is so scary. You've captured perfectly that overwhelmingly awful, totally out of your control, feeling that comes from a trip in an ambulance with sirens blaring. Hospitals/doctors freak me out at the best of times but that knowledge that something is going terribly wrong with your body and it being beyond your ability to stop it, is portrayed with terrifying realism here. As always, the comfort that the boys draw from the others presence, is displayed perfectly by your unspoken conversations. I'm so pleased that I have found this story again, don't know quite how I lost it first time. Thanks. Jane
Author's Response: Thank you so much. I love this story. It has a resonance for me and I plan to return to the setting and the concept of the boys joined together very soon. In fact as I was contemplating a sequel the infectiomn I had (that inspired this) came back and I was back on bed rest, so teach me to think about sequels!
