Good ending! It's funny how Vicki and Henry seem to clash over silly things like him carrying her to the car. any man (or vampire) wanted to carry me miles over rough terrain, I'd hop aboard without protest.

I like Vicki's pondering over Dr. Mohadevan's lack of reaction to her request for the blood.
Leave it to Dean to think of the hook-ups not the change in medical or industrial technology that 500 years would give him. Too funny!

Again, a good technique of blending the two perspectives of vampire lore. Funny that Henry didn't know about the dead man's blood. But that would be popssibel giving the scarcity of vampire hunters.

I'm glad Ash is in this chapter! I loved that character! It was too bad that he and Andy Gallagher were collateral damage. They brought a cool, quirkiness to the show!

I like your perspective of vampires, blending some of the old lore that Kripke doesn't use to transition the two shows. Sam and Dean admitted not knowing much about vampires in season one because they thought they didn't exist. All they learned was what John told them.
Also, since there are different types of people, why wouldn't there be different types of vampires? Interesting concept! And just because Sam is immune to demonic psychic mind control doesn't mean that he would be immune to other mind control methods. Kind of like a flue vaccine---protects you from one virus, but not all.

Glad that Dean figured out Henry is a vampire. He would have had to be drugged to miss the clues, but at least Henry finally allowed them to know.
I love it when female villains sling Sam over their shoulders like a rucksack! It's such a powerful visual.

Good job! Exciting things don't happen in every chapter. Sometimes we need the down time to figure out what's going on. This was a fine chapter!
It's apparent by the way Henry and Mike speak to one another that they aren't the best of friends. This was an important chapter for those of us who have never seen Blood Ties to get a feel for the characters and how they interact with one another.
