Nope, no flopping. I thought it was cute and humorous. I take it the waxed legs referred to the pain of ripping the duct tape off Dean's own, nicely built I might say, legs?

Author's Response: Thanks!  I left the envelope purposely vague.  Basically, Dean was being inquisitive and opened it, what was in the envelope incapacitated him so the witch could tie him up in the closet.

That's a hoot!  loved the Dean with legs like a newborn calf image.  Don't think I'd object too much if he wanted to come and rifle through my underwear drawer!  heehee
