well written i'm just a little unclear on whether it was sam and dean who summoned this demon to tell them or not?

Author's Response: The boys were asking the questions, but what they summoned, and why, are questions I deliberately left open...

Truly EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!

This was an interesting twist on the bond between Sam and Dean and the amulet.

Very creative and very visual- I had a great movie running in my head as I read this.

OUTSTANDING WORK !!!!!

Puts John in a different light also.

This is great!!!! A different take on the whole Sam Dean and the yellow eyed demon thing. Is it AU? Hmmm...

Author's Response:

Don't TELL me! They haven't shown season 3 over here yet, and I'm trying to live in a spoiler-free bubble... all my stories are the result of terrible withdrawal symptoms. Glad you enjoyed this one!

Wow, what an adventure! There's a whole series in there! Interesting and exciting take on the history behind the whole Winchester story, a whole story in itself.

Very creative that you had the boys summon a demon to tell Azazel's history, and their parents part in it. It read like the Lord of the Rings genre. Loved the way it was from a demon's pov and that you tied Dean's amalet to the story.

Fantastic referencing of John and Mary as Greek gods, very appropriate choices, especially John. Clever!

Dean and Sam have always questioned "why us? Why our family?" and here is a possibility for us to ponder in well written exciting summary. Enjoyed it heaps!

Author's Response:

Well, John and Mary were born in the same year... and she knew The Demon... who did say there had been other generations... and after "In my time of dying" I think it became pretty obvious John was more worried about what would happen to Sam if the Demon were still alive than revenge...

Really flattered you thought it read like "The Lord of the Rings", thanks very much!
