That was beautiful *big sigh* My heart ached for Sam standing outside that window, with tears he didn't even realise he was crying. His sadness that wishing to spend Christmas with a lost loved one will never be is shared by so many.

"Angels are watching over you"... I love how you had Mary visit her son to have this special conversation "sometimes, it takes someone we love to remind us..." even if Sam didn't realise it. This was a gentle and loving scene and you wrote it so well.

I loved the way Dean went with Sammy's flow as he realised that Sam was serious and that it would make him happy. And John calling was the perfect touch. Great work.

This gentle little fic empahsised 'family' and I just loved it.

I really like this story because the holidays are not the same as they use to be for my family.  I could really relate to this story.  I hope you write another chapter for this story.
