Loved this!!! Hurt Dean.. you write him like no one else I know. You give his situation the right balance of dire straits and light heartedness that makes me hug both boys so tightly. Comforting/Caring Sam is always one of my favorites. Dude, get to work on updating those other stories coz I'm a selfish, Dean-hurt lover and your stories make me just love the boys more.

I loved it. I needed more, too and you filled that need beautifully with this fic. Hurt!Dean and angsty!Sam go a long way with me and this story was very satisfying. I loved the conversation before Dean lay down that last time. Too bad the boy has to be sick/injured to open up like that, but that's part of him being Dean. Well done.

Just awesome, Lisa!! i missed the story when it was on the recent list, so lucky i was watching out for it!! Just perfect, the discussion between the brothers!! My heart was in my throat pretty much the whole time i read it!! I felt so bad for both of them and could just feel both of their sadness and fear at the thought of the deal!! thanks somuch for finding the time to write this!! bambers;)

Author's Response: Thanks you so much for the review! It took me a long while to write this tag - exams notwithstanding - because it took a long time for it to feel quite right to me. The line you quote is actually something that came to the story quite late in the process, so it's great to hear that I did get it to say what I wanted to in the end.

From one poor and abused student to another I loved this!! I'm supposed to be writing a paper, but am suffering from lack of inspiration...so I thought I would come over and see what what shaking on the site. I was delighted to see a tag to what is probably my favorite episode of the season so far. I definitely was left wanting more and you provided me with just the right amount hurt!Dean and brotherly angst and bonding that I now feel inspired to go back and beat on my paper some more :-)

I absolutely loved this tag. The writers always leave us wanting more, never realizing how desperate we are for chick-flick, angsty goodness. Thank goodness for fanfiction. I adored the conversations between the brothers at the end. Sam telling Dean that he will save him or they'll both go down together just gave me the warm fuzzies. Plus we got the added bonus of hurt, feverish Dean, thanks for that. Good luck on those exams!

Great job Lisa filling in the blanks for that epi! Loved the whole thing! The heart to heart was perfect...Sam's mother henning lol! "Dude! Personal space!" that was perfect! So Dean and the fact that he remembered the noise his baby was making let's Sam know he remembers the whole heart to heart too! Great job!
