I senseriously loved this one very much. It was funny, scary, dagerous, but more of what a true family is about.

LOL i would have thought Sammy is the less fussy eater of the two when he's younger. Short and sweet.

Author's Response: I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for reviewing.

what a wonderful story!  It really portrays John's struggle between raising and protecting his children and saving people from the evil in the world.

I love little Sammy!  He's so cute!  And Dean is a marvelous big brother for making the grilled cheese just right for Sammy.

Author's Response:

I love portraying John as a loving, caring father who always put his sons first. Of course, Sammy and Dean are wonderful together and have to be little terrors.

Oh, I'm glad you like my end note. You know, I would rather be in England than America. We should just switch. Haha. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

How cute was that! I loved how you wrote John's interactions with his sons - gentle and affectionate. You portray him as softly spoken but firm, and that's how I always imagine he was when the boys were little.

Loved the way you had Dean acting all grown up for his Dad, but John recognising it. Beautifully written. So Dean, we just know this is how it was.

Your end scene with Dean outlining all he knows about Sam but acknowledging that he is not Dad was heart melting. And then the recognisable and loved brother banter and oneliners - "I'm one hell of a big brother' the whole bitch-jerk game, plus the Batman reference was awesome. Loved your own little spin "vampire boy" as an added extra special. Fabulous little ficlet, well done!

Author's Response:

I'm really glad you enjoyed this small piece. John is such a good father, and it's so horrible to see writers bash him constantly. After Mary, Sam and Dean were all he had left. There's nothing in the world that would make him not love them. Thanks for reviewing.

Loved it!!!

I just love wee'chester tales, how adorable that Dean calls Sam vampire boy. Sam was a lil terror, biting ankles, arms and books. Lol

Really liked this...

Schelz

Author's Response: Oh, I always pictured Sam as an absolute terror. I mean. I can just picture John and Dean giving in to the boy and him totally taking advantage. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
