I love the raindrops on Jensen Ackles eyes reference Irismay. totally beautiful! lol! Trying to see where this is going. I kinda like this universe though. Sam and Dean have each other, Sam has a family. Please don't take it away! Lol! I know I'm a sucker for happy endings! And the great thing about this is to end my misery all i have to do is press next! Helps to read a story when its done!

I love this story so far. Dean as a firefighter (always a protector just a legit paid one now!) and Sam, going to Stanford and a having a family. The bros have been separated, it broke my heart but I'm glad they met and just like Dean always saves Sammy he did it here! Perfect beginning!
Author's Response: I think if Dean hadn't been a hunter he would have been a firefighter or a cop or a soldier - a protector like you said. I really enjoyed writing this one, so I'm glad you're enjoying it too!

How HOLY IS . . ., wow I like this version. The complete DATA of the specific images that pop into my mind. Its the Spacific time frame that is combined with the reality of the new family to the old family that Sam has no recolection to. It is a genous way to establish a story like this one. Truth be told of how reality bit Dean in having to distroy the only faily he had left to reality. I sincerly enjoy this one. Good job. With all the details and specific time frames.

This is so better then the first episode in Supernatural. Thank you for placing an empty space of what could have been or would have been. Describing every emotion of Dean it is like a hidden moment of time that was never told by Kripkey. I do enjoy the vivid images of both of them seeing each other.

This is a very touchy story, but my insticts tell me that something must have out and under struck Sam . . . 'cause it feels that his is memory is on shambles. The vivid usage of the words play a colorfull view of his surroundings.

i came across this story by chance. i wanted to read it no matter what it was about bc i am currently posting my first story that has a similar title. it was so good. i loved it at first bc it was in sam's pov and i rarely ever find that!! it was so heartbreaking, but that is part of why it was good. kudos with winging too. this was just really great!
Author's Response: Aw thanks! I really enjoyed writing this one. I had a vague idea where I wanted to go, but it was nice to be able to change my plans here and there! It does switch to Dean POV later - I like to be an equal opportunity writer! - but I think this was one of the first times I'd tried Sam POV and it was really good fun! Glad that worked for you!

Clever comment about Days of Our Lives. I also like the remark about Jess being way out of Sam's league (like in the pilot). Oh no! Not again! Dean shows up and Jess dies.
