I have to say, your Dean sounds more like a little kid then a 22 year old.

You write John Winchester very well -I almost felt sorry for him in this story! I enjoyed that, thanks!

It is taking me so long to work my way around all the great fiction on this site, but I'm really glad I made it to this one! That was great - the dialogue was spot on, and the situation was hilarious! Loved this line:

"C'mon dad, I did the eyes just there...."

Sam's not the only one who can do the super-special puppy-dog-eyes!

Loved this, going off to read more.  Many thanks!

Poor Dean! When the meeting he had dreamed about started to go pear-shaped I felt so bad for him! Great writing. Thank you!

It would be just like Dean to hide something like that -always putting himself last! This was a very enjoyable read. I loved the whole bargaining session at the end!

I loved this! It was light, but the reality of the separation from Sam and the continuing hunt was always there.

" ...Dean had hummed during most of the more intense hunts and almost every day since Sam had left. John could have slapped himself for not grasping his eldest's form of therapy" Very insightful. Thank you!

This was great! You managed to make it both funny and suspenseful - "Damn capitalists!"

And since the mystery of Dean's necklace is driving me crazy, I was interested to read your ideas about it. Thanks!

I loved this story too! Especially John's closing words to Mary. *laugh*

No, but I really don’t plan on hunting with my Dad when I’m forty.” Dean quipped; then quickly covered his ass, “Not that there is anything wrong with that.”

“Especially when your dad is as cool as me,” John gloated, allowing the lightness to enter the discussion.

This was such a good read. I am a sucker for John and Dean fics. Great work.

Oh, I really liked this! I liked concerned John. And I liked Dean trying to "deal" with him at the end... to get Dad to behave... parents. They are so hard to raise these days... ;)
